• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively in English, Spanish preferred.

• Ability to plan and organize effectively.
• Proficient math skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Understand and use basic office equipment and programs.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years management experience in manufacturing, engineering, or multiwall field.
• 3-5 years experience supporting and leading continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
• 3-5 years demonstrated ability to create, develop, and lead teams.
• 3-5 years demonstrated understanding of flexographic printing practices.
• Preferred ability to speak in Spanish.

Job Details:

• $40.66-66.07/hr depending on experience (this will be a salaried position)
